Taryn Marko - Program Director Taryn Marko was named Program Director in January of 2013. Prior to taking over this position she served as the Advocate Facilitator since 2011. During her time in that position Taryn saw the need for CASA Advocates to grow in Winnebago County. In her new role it is her challenge to be able to lead the program’s growth with the goal of being able to provide an advocate for every child in Abuse and Neglect Court |
